When the human is good, tender, deep,...

it provides immense inspiration to reproduce this beauty of the soul.

What better support for drawing the human than old paper revealing the traces of life. Dectears, crumbled edges, bits oftights yellowed by time, are so many marks of the past which give this aspect of experience and make the design even more alive. Starting from a look, a composition is created by mixing the drawing with a graphic decoration made of small details. As a graphic designer, I like to juggle with typography, writing, patterns, stamps and torn paper to create an elegant and harmonious composition.

Below are the different series over the years.

Looks from here & besides [2015-2017]: drawings on stamp collection pages

• Children [2015-2023]: drawings on different old papers

• Pieces of Peace [2020-2021]: drawings on pages of the Journal 'La Paix' dating from 1830

• Stars [2020-2023]: drawings on pages of the Journal 'La Paix' dating from 1830

• Colors [2022]: drawings on old borns account pages

• Melancholy [2022-2023]: very different series following the loss of a loved one, another technique on watercolor paper.
